What You'll Do - Walk individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism - Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs - Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication - Provide attentive, client-first service - Cultivate long-term client relationships - Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development
What You Bring - A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission - Authorized to work in the United States - Strong communication and people skills - A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills - Reliable internet connection plus a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools - Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable
