Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 8+ years of software engineering experience, with strong experience at Senior/Staff level. * Strong hands-on experience with Java and/or Kotlin. * Extensive experience developing payment systems, financial transaction platforms, or digital commerce systems. * Strong experience with Apache Kafka, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems. * Experience building REST APIs and microservices. * Strong knowledge of Spring Boot/Spring Framework. * Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB. * Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, scalability, and system reliability. * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and cloud environments.
