What You’ll Do
As Clinic Director, you’ll combine hands-on IV care with team leadership and clinic operations.
Clinical Responsibilities
* Start IVs and administer infusion therapies
* Monitor clients throughout treatments
* Document care accurately in EMR
* Ensure all treatments meet state and professional standards
Leadership Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and support clinical staff
* Responsible for hiring, onboarding, and training team members
* Responsible for inventory and ordering
* Maintain and train on policies and procedures
* Monitor staff performance and set development goals
* Resolve team conflicts professionally
* Maintain a positive, high-performance clinic culture

What We’re Looking For
Licensure
* RN, LPN, Paramedic
Experience
* 2+ years of IV or vascular access experience
* 2+ years of leadership or management
Key Skills
* Strong IV insertion and monitoring
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Customer-focused patient care approach
* Retail, sales or customer service experience is a plus
* Ability to mentor and develop staff

* Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted (100 lbs assisted)
* Ability to stand, bend, sit, and move for extended periods
* Strong critical thinking and communication skills
