Position Title: Curriculum Developer (Active Secret Clearance Required)

Requirements
* Possess Active SECRET level Security Clearance.
Position Summary: The Curriculum Developer keep designs, develops and delivers curriculum in in-person, online and blended formats. Serves as the team's resource on instructional systems design (ISD) best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver curriculum to support program training needs * Build in-person, online and blended learning, and choose the right learning technology for each audience * Review and assess existing education and training courses, and recommend improvements * Instruct and advise personnel on ISD best practices * Develop assessments and evaluation tools that measure learning outcomes
Required Qualifications:
* S. citizenship. * Maintain an Active SECRET clearance. * Minimum 4 years of curriculum development or instructional design experience * Experience with ADDIE or similar ISD models * Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate)
Education
* Bachelor's degree, or 8 years of equivalent experience
