Position: Legal Expert — Corporate & Capital Markets (Project Donna) Type:Contract Compensation:$100–$120/hour Location:Remote Commitment:~24 hours
Role Responsibilities
* Evaluate AI-generated legal deliverables for accuracy and preference. * Review and compare six blinded AI outputs against a common standard. * Provide written reasoning for each preference in legal matters. * Analyze synthetic legal documents and underlying materials. * Work independently to meet deadlines and follow written instructions.
Qualifications
Must-Have
* Qualified lawyer with experience in corporate, capital markets, and venture law. * Strong judgment in evaluating legal work product. * Precise written English skills. * Ability to work independently under a deadline.
Compensation & Legal
* Confidentiality: All work is covered by NDA. External AI tools must not be used on any project material.
