SCHEDULE Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
ABOUT THE ROLE DNC Facility Services is hiring dependable cleaning technicians for our night crew at Panola College. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term position in a campus environment, working as part of a team that holds a professional standard and supports each other.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Clean and maintain classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas * Empty trash and replace liners * Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floor care throughout campus buildings * Dust and disinfect high-touch surfaces * Follow campus security and site-specific procedures * Communicate clearly with your Team Lead and coworkers
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* Reliable — shows up on time, every shift, without exception * A team player — works well with others and contributes to a positive, respectful environment * Detail-oriented — takes pride in leaving spaces inspection-ready * Coachable — willing to learn and follow the DNC standard * Comfortable working nights and closing out a campus building independently or as part of a small team * Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
