Synergy companies is looking for a new HVAC Install helper to join our Fresno team. Qualifications:
* Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields preferred * familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams * ability to handle physical workload * strong problem solving and critical thinking skills * High school graduate or equivalent * EPA certification (required) * Understanding of roles, regulations, and codes * ability to climb, stoop, balance, Crouch, and/ or kneel continually
Responsibilities:
* install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems * Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements * Perform routine preventative maintenance * Respond to emergency maintenance request * adhere to all safety policies and procedures * test and sealing of ducting systems * provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete task on time
