We are proud to be a company that thrives by doing things differently, challenging expectations and stereotypes while making a positive impact on our customers’ lives.

Join us at Lovehoney, where pleasure combines with creativity, data, and innovation!

We are looking for a Project Manager with hands-on experience in physical product development who is passionate about bringing innovative product ideas to life. In this role, you will drive the development of new products for Arcwave, Lovehoney Group’s premium male pleasure brand, as well as selected projects across our other brands.

As part of our Product & Project Management team, you will work closely with the male toy Category Manager and collaborate with Engineering, Product Design, Regulatory, Brand Marketing and our production team in China. Together, you will bring products from initial concept through prototyping and manufacturing to a successful market launch.

What you will do

* Plan and lead physical product development projects from kick-off to launch, including project plans, timelines, milestone tracking and team meetings. * Define customer and product requirements and assess feasibility, scoping and business impact. * Own the operational delivery of multiple projects in parallel, steering day-to-day work with our manufacturing teams in China, including samples, approvals and production readiness across time zones. * Identify opportunities, dependencies, risks and delays early and drive solutions so launches land on time and at the right quality. * Act as the central point of contact for our multi-functional team, aligning Engineering, Product Design, Regulatory and Brand Marketing on priorities and decisions, so every launch meets compliance, commercial and brand requirements. * Report on KPIs like project status, costs and resources to support product and brand decisions. * Analyze our existing product development processes and help shape and optimize them to support efficient, scalable execution across brands.

What you should bring

Several years of project management experience in physical product development, ideally in consumer goods, electronics or medical/health devices. A degree in economics, business administration, engineering or a related field. A strong passion for physical products and a solid understanding of the full product life cycle, from concept to mass production. A structured, proactive and detail-oriented way of working, with excellent prioritization and time management skills to manage many SKUs and parallel workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Proven coordination skills and experience working with manufacturing partners, ideally in China, and confidence working across cultures and time zones. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German skills are a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus.

Is this role right for you?

This role is ideal for someone with experience managing physical products - products you can touch and hold.

We're looking for someone who has worked with product samples, factories, manufacturing, production timelines, and shipping schedules.

What we can offer you

A welcoming workplace full of drinks, snacks, friendly faces and fun team-building events. Access to unique discounts at high street retailers, hotels, and service providers, in addition to a 50% discount on all Lovehoney products to explore and discover new ways to have fun. Enjoy a hybrid work model that fosters flexibility and work-life balance, with three days per week in-office and the opportunity to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, alongside 25 days’ holiday, plus an additional day for each year you are with Lovehoney, providing ample time for relaxation, rejuvenation, and exploration. Access to customized training opportunities to support your unique learning journey, complemented by biannual feedback cycles, offering valuable insights into your performance and growth areas, enhancing your development within the company. Recognising the significance of physical and mental health, we proudly provide gym benefits in addition to a mental wellbeing platform, to ensure our employees thrive both professionally and personally.   Stay secure at work and at home with a complimentary 1Password Family account. All Lovehoney Group employees can invite up to five family members to join, offering your household a safe and simple way to manage passwords and sensitive information safely and easily.
