What You’ll Do
* Identify and cultivate new engagement opportunities within existing client partnerships.
* Prospect, target, and close new business opportunities within those clients.
* Build client growth plans to utilize our full suite of services.
* Partner cross-functionally with Accounts, Creative, Product, Technology, and Finance teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
What You Bring
* 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within an agency
* A collaborative sales philosophy that aligns with a team-based approach to growth.
* Ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
* Self-motivation paired with a strong appreciation for feedback and teamwork.
* Comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Clear, proactive communication skills.
