Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our energetic outpatient orthopedic clinic in Cascade. * Perform patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings * Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based patient care and adjust treatment plans as needed * Document evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries in a timely manner * Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners * Oversee and support care provided by PTAs and rehabilitation technicians * Complete timely and accurate documentation, including daily notes, progress reports, evaluations, and discharge summaries
Qualifications
* Graduate or upcoming graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program * Current or upcoming Michigan PT license * Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer proficiency, including EMR systems and Microsoft Office
