What You'll Do:
* Perform routine maintenance including basic carpentry, painting, and plumbing * Read and follow setup instructions for events across campus * Install fixtures like grab bars, towel racks, and address small repairs * Move furniture, patch drywall, spot clean or replace carpet tiles * Conduct preventative maintenance on vehicles weekly * Respond promptly to resident emergency alerts and service requests * Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
What You'll Need:
* High school diploma or equivalent (required) * Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (required) * At least 1 year of general building maintenance or janitorial experience preferred, but not required * Ability to read simple instructions and follow diagrams * Capable of performing tasks independently after receiving instructions * Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in building trades
