Role Summary

The Workplace Experience Manager owns the London office end to end, from day-to-day operations to the team and visitor experience. You'll be the on-the-ground lead for a team of ~25 today, growing to ~50 by year end, and will support the Workplace Lead on our move into a new London office. The role reports into the NYC-based Workplace Lead and works closely with the COO, London leadership, and People, IT, Finance, and Legal.

Responsibilities

Office Operations

* Own day-to-day operations of the London office, keeping the space tidy, functional, and well-stocked

* Manage building/property management, local vendors, and the London workplace budget

* Own health and safety, including fire wardens, first aiders, and risk assessments

* Build and document processes that scale as the team doubles

Next Office Move

* Support the Workplace Lead on the search and move into our next London office

* Gather input from the London team on what they need in the new space

* Own day-to-day communication with the London team before, during, and after the move

* Help coordinate move logistics and get the new office set up and running from day one

Employee, Visitor & New Hire Experience

* Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for employees, visitors, candidates, and vendors

* Prepare the office for new hire start days, partnering with People on onboarding

* Plan and run London events, socials, offsites, and all-hands logistics, including catering

* Act as the on-site IT point of contact and manage equipment inventory

About You

* 3-5 years of experience in workplace, office management, or facilities, ideally at a fast-growing company

* Experience with an office move, fit-out, or new office opening preferred

* Comfortable managing vendors, budgets, and several projects at once

* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently with a manager based in NYC

* Warm, professional presence: you take pride in creating a great experience for everyone who walks through the door

* Familiarity with UK health and safety requirements is a plus

Who You Are

* You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.

* You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.

* You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.

* You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.

* You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.

Why Join Rogo?

* Up and to the right: Rogo has strong product adoption with the world's leading financial institutions, and we are still early. The upside is enormous.

* Extraordinary team: we take talent density seriously. You'll do the best work of your career alongside some of the sharpest people in AI and finance.

* A one-of-one problem: bringing AI to the core of how Wall Street works is one of the most ambitious, technically demanding, and consequential problems today. There is nowhere else you can work on it at this scale.

* Real ownership: You'll own real surface area and watch the world's most sophisticated users rely on your work.

* Always at the frontier: we work at the edge of what the best models can do and turn it into products people trust. If you're obsessed with AI, this is where it's happening.
