Job Description
* 80% infrastructure, operations, security, controls and vendor governance * 20% business applications and technology-enabled operations * Oversight of approximately 5–6 consultants * Governance of approximately 10–12 vendors and MSP relationships * Ownership of SOX technology controls and remediation * Oversight of reconciliations and critical finance/investment systems * Hands-on escalation responsibility in a lean organization
Qualifications
10+ years of experienc managing IT for a company of more than 100 users.
Atleast 5 years in the investment banking space
SME in Azure Infra, SOX compliance and SQL Server
