About the role
Decription:
* Provide overall leadership, management, and oversight of contractor personnel and activities, including subcontractors. * Serve as the primary point of contact for the XT Directorate and facilitate effective communication between Government and Contractor teams. * Establish and maintain processes to track and document requirements, activities, and performance. * Ensure contractor activities are executed efficiently and meet established requirements and performance expectations. * Support financial and business management processes associated with the contract. * Make decisions on behalf of the Contractor’s organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments. * Proactively identify and communicate potential contractual, programmatic, and resource challenges. * Maintain accountability for the overall quality and efficiency of contractor performance
Minimum Requirements:
* TS/SCI clearance eligible. * PMP certification. * 8 years of experience managing a project within a complex environment.
