About the role

Ohme is on a mission to accelerate the global transition to clean, affordable energy. We do that by serving as an integrated hardware and software smart-grid platform, focused on the residential EV charging market.

The worlds of energy, transport and artificial intelligence are colliding and Ohme is at the heart of this new era. By using technology and data integrations to connect cars, chargers, people, energy providers and more, Ohme has a powerful platform that puts the consumer at the core.

Ohme has been selling its chargers to consumers since mid 2019 and has had exponential growth since. We are now operating in multiple countries and have partnerships with the likes of VW Group, Hyundai, Volvo, Octopus Energy, and other innovative brands.

We are scaling up the business and are building out the team for rapid growth. If you’re interested joining a fast-growing cleantech venture on a data and AI-first journey to speed up the global transition to clean, affordable energy, read on!

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the build of the new platform that will run Ohme from the inside. As we move off our current ERP onto a system we’re building ourselves, you’ll set the vision, own the roadmap and make the transition land without the business feeling the strain. You’ll work from our London office 3 days a week.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Own the build. Take full ownership of the vision and roadmap for our in-house business platform, from first release to full rollout. * Land the transition. Phase the move off our current ERP so the business keeps running, with early wins that take pressure off the team. * Turn needs into specs. Work with Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Ops and Supply Chain to turn what they need into clear requirements engineers can build from first time. * Make the calls. Prioritise on value, effort and risk, drive decisions on scope and trade-offs, and say no with a clear rationale. * Prove the value. Agree the benefits of each release up front, then measure adoption and results after launch.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

* Product ownership. You’ve led or owned a successful product from idea to measurable impact, and can show the results. * Stakeholder mastery. You build trust fast, align people with competing priorities and keep them on side, even when the answer is no. * Specs engineers love. You translate messy business needs into sharp specs and requirements. * Self-starter. You set the vision and the roadmap yourself, and don’t wait to be handed direction. * Driven to deliver. You’re a little selfish about getting things done, and you step in wherever it supercharges the team and relieves pressure during the changeover.

BENEFITS

You’ll get to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing scale-up with global ambitions that is cutting edge, passionate about sustainability and seeks to make the world a better place.

Our benefits:

* Competitive salary and bonus * Hybrid working * Private Health Insurance * Aegon Pension Scheme * Life Assurance Scheme with death in service benefit of 4x salary * Income Protection Scheme for long term illness * Ride to Work Scheme * Payroll Giving Scheme * Season Ticket Loan to spread cost of travel over 12 months * Eye Test every 2 years
