Overview
Business owners are busy, and most of them are paying more than they should to take payments. As an Account Sales Representative, you'll be the person who shows them a better way: a quick conversation about their current setup, a clear recommendation, and a smooth switch that saves them money.
This is a sales role with structure. You'll get full training before your first conversation, a step-by-step process to follow, and a team that answers when you call. It is a full-time position, and your pay is tied to performance, with bonuses for strong months, so every account you bring on adds up.
What You'll Do
* Connect with business owners and start the conversation * Find out how their business takes payments and what it costs them * Recommend a payment and point-of-sale setup that fits * Walk them through the switch and close the account * Follow up after setup so each client is happy and running * Track activity and next steps in the CRM
What We're Looking For
* Outgoing, persuasive and comfortable asking for the sale * Reliable and self-motivated day to day * Coachable, with a willingness to learn a new process * Sales, customer service, retail or hospitality experience is a plus
