Charlestown Place at New Albany is hiring a full-time Driver for our Skilled Nursing community in New Albany, IN at $18.00–$22.00/hour plus credit for experience. What You’ll Do
* Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, community outings, and on-site activities, arriving on time * Help residents on and off the bus using the right equipment, with courteous, patient-centered support * Inspect, fuel, and clean vehicles, and report maintenance needs or incidents promptly * Keep staff updated on schedules, resident needs, and transportation changes * Follow all safety and HIPAA requirements * Help with staff training and take part in community activities
What You’ll Need
* Active CNA certification (required) * Valid driver’s license and ability to pass insurance screening (required) * Must be at least 21 years old * Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform the job’s physical tasks * Transportation experience, especially in senior living or healthcare, strongly preferred * CPR certification preferred
