Desired:

* Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done. * Experience developing digital healthcare communications, omnichannel medical content, or interactive training programs. * Experience across multiple therapeutic areas, with evidence of quickly learning and applying new clinical context. * Experience contributing to pitch work, proposal development, or strategic medical communications planning. * Experience mentoring associate or junior medical writers on scientific content quality and project execution.
