About the role

At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. A major federal agency is consolidating its core financial management systems into a single, multi-tenant Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution as part of the government-wide push to standardize federal financial management. The program will migrate multiple agency components and customer agencies onto the new platform, with a stated goal of making maximum use of automation and artificial intelligence to reduce manual workload, speed reconciliation and improve data quality.

i360technologies supports this program as a subcontractor to a large federal systems integrator. We are seeking an Oracle Security Analyst who will manage user access to the agency's new Oracle Fusion Cloud system: who can get in and what they can do. The system must meet federal cybersecurity, IT, and electronic-records standards, so security is central to the program. If you're early in your career, learn fast, and want to grow on a program of this size, this role is built for you.

Location: Washington, DC Metro, on-site at client facilities; occasional travel to other client locations

WHY AI MATTERS HERE

AI is central to how this team delivers. We want analysts who already use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to learn Oracle security quickly, research role and privilege structures, draft procedures and documentation, and troubleshoot access issues, and who use them responsibly: only agency-approved tools, no sensitive user, access, or system data in public AI tools, and every output reviewed and tested before use. Be ready to show us how you’ve used AI to close a knowledge gap and get real results, and how you protected the client’s data while doing it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

* Administer Oracle Fusion application security. * Provision users, roles, and data access. * Support job, duty, and data roles. * Troubleshoot application access issues. * Perform access reviews. * Support Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis. * Document access and provisioning procedures. * Support security testing. * Maintain security matrices. * Support audit and compliance requests. * Coordinate security changes across environments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 1 year of Oracle or application security experience. * Bachelor's degree. * Knowledge of or hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud security. * Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC). * Understanding of job roles, duty roles, privileges, and data roles. * Knowledge of or hands-on experience with user provisioning and security troubleshooting. * Understanding of SoD and access controls. * Demonstrated use of AI tools to learn new technologies and accelerate delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

* Hands-on experience on a decade-long federal modernization program. * Mentorship from senior Oracle security specialists. * A career path that grows with the program: more scope, more responsibility, more expertise each year. * In-demand skills in Oracle Cloud security and AI-enabled delivery.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

* Users get the right access quickly, with requests handled accurately. * Access issues are resolved fast, and access reviews and audit requests are completed on time. * Security matrices and procedures are current and accurate. * You ramp up fast on Oracle Fusion security, using AI to accelerate learning, and take on more scope over time.

SECURITY & ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

* U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency with a minimum of three (3) years of U.S. residency * Successful completion of a Moderate Risk background investigation and FBI fingerprinting * Execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) * Compliance with agency Security Rules of Behavior * Completion of required cybersecurity and privacy awareness training * Work must be performed within the United States * Employment is contingent upon contract award and Government approval of candidate qualifications
