In This Role, You Will - Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom - Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism - Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs - Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups - Build strong, long-term client relationships - Take part in continued mentorship and team development - Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service
Ideal Candidate Profile - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently - Passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization - Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required - Work authorization in the United States - Reliable internet connection plus a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Ability to obtain any necessary licenses, if applicable to the role - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools
