About the Community Collingswood Manor is a community serving residents in assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation. Our Nursing team works closely with residents and families to support health, comfort, and individualized care needs.
What You'll Do
* Monitor resident status throughout the shift and communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate team members * Provide nursing services in accordance with individualized care plans, established procedures, and applicable regulations * Support the admission, transfer, and discharge process while helping ensure a smooth experience for residents and families * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation * Participate in resident assessments, care conferences, and the development and review of individualized care plans * Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality care and positive outcomes
What you'll need
Required:
* An active New Jersey RN license * At least 1 year of nursing experience * Prior experience with Point Click Care EMR system
Preferred:
* Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing setting

Schedule
