Mains’l Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP). Sometimes it’s the small moments — a shared laugh, a new achievement, a step toward independence — that matter most. Pay & Schedule * $21.50/hour * Part-Time Schedules Available * Schedules available: * Wk 1: Wed-Sat 3-9pm, Wk 2: Sun-Tue 3-9pm * Wk 1: Fri 2pm-10pm, Sat 3-10pm, Wk 2: Sun 7am-2pm, Mon 2pm-10pm

You May: * Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building) * Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments * Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation). * Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication. * Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy. * Accurately document care and daily activities
What We’re Looking For: * Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn * 18 years or older * A valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance. * Ability to pass a background check through DHS * CNA License Preferred
