About the role

Job Description

Test fast. Learn faster. As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll shape how millions of customers track their orders across 70+ countries and brands including Talabat, foodpanda, PedidosYa, Glovo and HungerStation. You’ll own the order tracking experience from first idea to launch, and set its direction across the Delivery Hero group of consumer apps.

Our mission in the Customer Product Line design chapter in Logistics is to balance the needs of internal users and customers with business goals and technical feasibility. We turn that balance into solutions that drive positive business outcomes. You’ll join the Order Tracking team, working with researchers, product managers and engineers.

In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

* Own and revamp the order tracking experience end to end, from ideation to launch, so it is intuitive, visually compelling and technically feasible. * Use research insights, user feedback and A/B test results to refine the order tracking journey. * Contribute to and refine the product roadmap, prioritising features that improve engagement and the delivery experience. * Co-create with researchers, product managers and engineers, and facilitate workshops and design sprints to align teams. * Champion visual design, interaction design and accessibility, and contribute to the design system so the experience stays consistent across platforms. * Mentor other designers and help build a culture of continuous improvement and user-centricity.

Qualifications

* 5+ years as a product designer, designing complex platforms (app experience is essential). * Experience contributing to design systems. * Strong visual design skills and a user-centric mindset. * Strategic thinking, including workshop facilitation and design metrics analysis. * Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools. * Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach that motivates others.

Nice to have

* Experience designing B2C products. * Experience with animation concepts.
