Requirements
* Bilingual Required * Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction * Ability to follow verbal and written instructions * Ability to work independently and as a team member
Responsibilities
* Walking the property grounds and common areas * Picking up trash and debris * Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies * Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager
