As we continue to expand our footprint across the United States, we have opened a Pharma Scientific Recruiter role to support our laboratory leadership team in Indianapolis, IN. The Pharma Scientific Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting our growing operations.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Sourcing and screening candidates for open roles, primarily focusing on candidates with molecular biology and biochemistry backgrounds. * Scheduling meetings with candidates and internal/external customers. * Completing and sending essential documents to leadership team in a timely manner. * Communicating consistently with candidates and hiring team. * Utilizing social media and other sources as needed to attract scientific candidates. * Performing other related duties as assigned.
Job requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
* BS-Biology, Chemistry or related field with 2+ years of experience recruiting all levels of scientists (BS through PhD). * Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent attention to detail. * Ability to work well both independently and within a team. * Very strong problem-solving skills, a high level of learning agility, and the ability to work across functions. * The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the leadership and communication skills necessary to operate effectively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment with flexibility and an adaptable approach to goal delivery.
This is an onsite, day shift position (approx. 8a-5p local time) at Cogent Scientific's corporate office in Indianapolis, IN.
