Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for Warehouse Operatives to join our Milton Keynes team, supporting one of our key beverage warehouse operations in a fast-paced, modern environment. This is a hands-on role where you will play an important part in keeping stock moving accurately, safely and efficiently while being part of a reliable and supportive team.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working on a 4 On 4 Off dayshift working from 06:00am - 18:00pm
Salary: £30,024.90 basic per annum.
What you'll be doing:
* Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse. * Loading customer pallets onto trailers using MHE/PPT * Ensure the correct amount of product is picked * Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times * Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse * Maintain good communication with Team Leaders and Managers * Monitor and maintain the required housekeeping standards. * Maintain Health and Safety via compliance with risk assessment guidelines ensuring that any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse Team Leader and Manager. * Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures for the reporting of damages * Ensure compliance while checking / operating MHE equipment
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
* Recent warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is an advantage * Confident working to clear targets and KPI’s and delivering strong performance * PPT/MHE experience is desirable for this role * Strong verbal communication and numerical accuracy * Reliable, hardworking and committed to doing the job well
