Sr. Project Manager
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI-driven applications, data platforms, and client-facing technology solutions. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring successful delivery across environments leveraging AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in an evolving AI-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end project delivery for AI, data, and cloud-based initiatives * Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams * Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data, QA, and business stakeholders * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders * Drive project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication * Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution * Oversee delivery of solutions involving: * Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) * Data pipelines and analytics * Reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI) * CRM integrations (DealCloud) * Ensure projects meet quality, performance, and business requirements * Support go-live planning, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization * Implement and enforce project governance, standards, and best practices * Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team efficiency
Requirements
Required Qualifications * 7+ years of experience in project management or program delivery roles * Proven experience managing technology or digital transformation projects * Strong experience with cloud-based and data-driven initiatives * Experience working in client-facing environments * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) * Experience managing cross-functional technical teams * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills * Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
