* Annual Earning Potential: $60,000–$150,000, based on performance
* Compensation: Commission-Based Pay + Uncapped Performance Bonuses

Responsibilities
* Connect with prospective and existing clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual communication platforms.
* Present insurance products and explain available benefit options.
* Assist clients with questions about their coverage and policies.
* Maintain accurate client information and documentation.
* Build and maintain professional client relationships.
* Participate in online training, coaching, and team meetings.
* Meet individual performance targets and contribute to team objectives.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and reliable internet access.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
* Must be willing to obtain the required Life and Health Insurance license.
