Install Coordinator
Bardi Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical | Norcross, GA
Bardi is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Install Coordinator to help keep our installation operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and knows how to keep multiple moving parts on track.
What You'll Do
* Coordinate and schedule residential installation jobs to ensure efficient daily operations.
* Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, arrival times, and installation updates.
* Work closely with installation managers, technicians, sales teams, and warehouse staff.
* Ensure jobs are properly prepared, including equipment, materials, permits, and necessary documentation.
* Monitor installation schedules and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.
* Maintain accurate job records and updates in ServiceTitan.
* Follow up on completed installations to ensure all documentation is finalized.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in scheduling, dispatching, coordination, or a similar administrative role.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
* Experience with ServiceTitan or in the HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry is a plus.
* A dependable, team-first attitude with a focus on getting things done.
