As an RN Clinical Liaison at Crossroads Hospice, you’ll be the reassuring presence families often meet at one of the most difficult moments of their lives. You serve as both an educator and a compassionate guide, helping patients and their loved ones understand hospice care while offering emotional support with empathy and grace.

Registered Nurse Liaison (RN) Qualifications:
* 1+ years of prior Registered Nursing experience in a setting with exposure to end-of-life and/or palliative patients. * An active unencumbered state RN license * Current driver's license and auto liability coverage * CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical * Strong understanding of Hospice and Palliative care
