🔧 What You'll Do
* Meet with homeowners to assess their garage door needs and recommend the best solutions * Build trust through consultative, customer-first sales conversations * Manage the sales process from initial consultation through project completion * Prepare accurate estimates for repairs, replacements, and new installations * Recommend products and upgrades that improve safety, appearance, and functionality * Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience * Maintain detailed customer information and follow-ups using ServiceTitan * Generate referrals and build lasting customer relationships * Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training * Help contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture

✅ What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of successful sales experience (home services, construction, remodeling, or skilled trades preferred) * Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities * Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule * Comfortable using technology and CRM software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus) * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions when needed * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
