Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in C#/.NET technologies, SQL Server, enterprise integrations, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience within the Asset Management domain and a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade backend applications in Microsoft-based environments. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, participation in Agile delivery teams, and ownership of application performance, reliability, and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using C# and .NET Framework/.NET. * Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and data models. * Build, maintain, and support complex integrations and data flow processes. * Configure and manage application and integration environments. * Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. * Apply DevOps best practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues. * Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. * Participate in Agile development activities using Scrum or Kanban methodologies. * Support application deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and incident management activities. * Contribute to technical design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Requirements
* 5+ years of backend development experience using C# and .NET Framework/.NET. * Experience working within the Asset Management domain (Mandatory). * Strong expertise in SQL Server, database development, and data modeling. * Experience developing and maintaining complex integrations and data flows. * Strong experience working in on-premises Microsoft environments. * Hands-on experience establishing and configuring application and integration environments. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build and release processes. * Practical knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or equivalent source control and deployment tools. * Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and performance optimization skills. * Experience in requirements analysis and stakeholder collaboration. * Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. * Experience with any two of the following technologies: React, Angular, Vue.js, or Blazor. * Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish.
