What You’ll Do
* Lead the unit: manage daily clinical operations, support staff, and make sure residents get quality care * Coach the team: supervise and mentor nursing staff, and give hands-on support as needed * Oversee clinical care: manage resident assessments, care plans, and medication administration * Manage wound care: run the wound care program, including assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing monitoring * Educate staff: train the team on wound prevention, skin integrity, and best practices * Ensure compliance: meet regulatory standards and keep clinical documentation accurate and up to date
What You’ll Need
* Active RN or LPN license (required) * 5+ years of long-term care nursing experience (required) * 2+ years of supervisory experience (required)
