Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Administration, HR Coordination, Recruiting Coordination, or a related field. * Fluent in English and Spanish – written and verbal. * Strong organizational and administrative skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally. * Experience working with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, or employee management systems preferred. * Experience supporting a large or hourly workforce is strongly preferred. * Blue-collar, construction, staffing, manufacturing, logistics, or data center industry experience is a plus. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. * Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other standard business applications.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership of HR coordination, communicate effectively with employees at all levels, and keep employee documentation and processes organized.

Experience supporting construction, electrical, telecommunications, data center, staffing, or other skilled-trades workforces is highly preferred.

We are looking for someone who is not only comfortable behind a computer but is also willing to pick up the phone, communicate directly with employees, solve problems, and work closely with Operations to keep the workforce moving.

What We Offer

* Opportunity to join a rapidly growing infrastructure workforce organization. * Exposure to large-scale data center and infrastructure projects across the United States. * Opportunity for growth within the Human Resources department. * Collaborative environment working directly with HR, Recruiting, and Operations leadership. * Competitive compensation based on experience.
