Company description: Ericsson AB Job description: Join our Team About this opportunityWe are looking for a Senior Responsible AI Expert to help strengthen AI governance, risk management and compliance across the organisation.In this role, you will support the responsible development and use of AI by evolving risk assessment frameworks, monitoring regulatory developments and helping teams apply relevant requirements in practice. You will work across legal, privacy, security, technology and business functions, providing trusted advice and supporting informed decision-making.The role is suited to someone who combines a strong understanding of AI regulations and standards with practical experience in governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement. What you will do• Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of AI risk assessment processes and frameworks.• Monitor global AI regulations, including the EU AI Act, and help ensure that AI deployments align with applicable legal and ethical requirements.• Develop and improve AI risk categorisation models, guardrails and assessment workflows.• Advise AI risk owners and other stakeholders on compliance requirements, risk management and appropriate controls.• Provide strategic recommendations and decision support on AI-related risks and opportunities.• Lead awareness initiatives, stakeholder communications and training related to AI risk and responsible AI.• Work with platform and technology teams to support automated AI risk tracking and monitoring.• Contribute to the ongoing development of AI governance, oversight and compliance practices across the organisation. You will bring• Professional experience in AI governance, compliance and risk management.• A strong understanding of AI regulations, including the EU AI Act, as well as relevant global policies, standards and frameworks.• Experience developing or applying AI risk assessment frameworks, controls or governance processes.• The ability to lead complex initiatives and collaborate effectively across legal, privacy, security, technology and business teams.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical guidance.• Confidence advising stakeholders and communicating AI risks and compliance topics clearly to different audiences.• Experience working in a regulated industry, such as telecommunications, financial services or healthcare, is an advantage.
