Your Day-to-Day - Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients - Deliver high-quality, client-focused service - Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism - Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth - Present supplemental benefit options tailored to each individual or family - Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom - Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up
What We're Looking For - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - A service-minded, mission-driven attitude - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently - Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required - Strong communication and people skills - A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet - Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position - Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools
