What You’ll Do * Provide attentive, polished table service during noon meals - taking orders, serving food, maintaining the bistro area, and cleaning up after service * Learn residents’ preferences, dietary needs, and routines, and anticipate what they need before they ask * Coordinate with the kitchen to keep service timely and accurate * Create a warm, welcoming dining experience that residents look forward to
What We’re Looking For * Serving experience in a restaurant, hotel, banquet, catering, or similar setting (1+ year preferred) * Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly presence during busy service * Patience and genuine care for older adults * Must be 16 or older
