About the role

Fospha is the measurement system enterprise retail and ecommerce brands run their business on. We give marketing teams one clear, daily view of what's actually working - across every channel and everywhere they sell, from their website to Amazon and TikTok Shop - down to the level of a single ad or piece of creative. It replaces guesswork and gut feel with a number marketing, finance and agencies can all trust and act on.

Brands including Dyson, Gymshark and Lululemon use Fospha up to 25 times a day to decide where budget should move next. We've spent over a decade building this, with more than $40 billion in marketing spend now optimised through the platform - and we're scaling fast across London, Mumbai and Austin.

About the role

Fospha builds marketing measurement products for ecommerce brands — attribution, marketing mix modelling, incrementality testing, and brand impact measurement. Technical Account Management owns the applied end of that on the implementation side: driving onboarding speed and quality, and configuring and troubleshooting client account setups so what clients see in the platform holds up.

This is the entry point into the function, and it is a hands-on one. You'll work on live client onboarding and post-go-live implementation from the start, learning SQL to query client data yourself, and you'll be the first person spotting the risk — a stalled setup, a configuration issue, a technical query — before it threatens adoption or renewal. It's a role for someone who wants to learn the technical side of client delivery properly, in a business where getting the implementation right is the product rather than a side project.

What you'll be doing:

* Driving onboarding speed and quality — you'll be the person making sure clients get value fast, and get it right * Managing post-go-live implementation requests for our enterprise and growth clients, configuring changes to their live systems * Querying our database - learning SQL to query Client's data and solve problems (no previous experience required!). * Getting hands-on with the product — assessing, configuring, and troubleshooting client account setups using your growing technical knowledge * Spotting risk early — flagging anything that could threaten adoption or renewal before it becomes a problem * Building real relationships — you'll be on client calls regularly, and confident, clear communication will become second nature * Working cross-functionally — partnering with Account Management, Partnerships, Marketing Science and Product and your wider team to keep everyone aligned on onboarding progress * Using AI to work smarter — we actively want you experimenting with our Gen AI tools to find better, faster ways of working

In addition to your core responsibilities, we expect you to be excited by the opportunity Gen AI brings and find new ways of working utilising our Gen AI hub to increase our efficiency

The Centre of Excellence

The Centre of Excellence is Fospha's early-careers programme that develops ambitious, high-performing talent through focused training, hands-on experience and cross-functional exposure. Starting in Customer Teams, you'll gain foundational experience while being prepared for future opportunities across the organisation. The programme operates on the following principles:

* Individual Responsibility from the Get-go: You will quickly be responsible for the success of your work, able to make an individual impact early in your career * Work alongside SLT at Leading Businesses: You will be engaging with Senior Leadership and C-Level executives at the leading retail brands, getting exposure to how the top companies operate * Become a Customer Facing Expert: You will be working directly with customers, often meeting them and developing your ability to create strong interpersonal relationships * Cross-Functional Exposure: we offer unique opportunities to learn from and collaborate with every department in the business — many daily * Comprehensive Training: In addition to the extensive on-the-job learning opportunities, you'll receive a broad and blended in-person training curriculum covering essential topics such as Business Storytelling, Account Management, Market Research & Product and Financial Management * Real Mentorship: Regular one-to-ones, feedback, and career conversations with people invested in your progression, not just your output * Career Development: High performers have clear opportunities to quickly advance their careers at Fospha — whether progressing within Customer Teams toward strategic and/or management roles or moving into other departments that align with their skills and interests * Modern Tools: Hands-on exposure to Gen AI tooling through our Gen AI hub, so you're building modern, AI-fluent ways of working rather than legacy processes

What can we offer you?

* Be part of a leading global venture builder, Blenheim Chalcot and learn from the incredible talent in BC * Be exposed to the right mix of challenges and learning and development opportunities * Competitive salary + OTE   * 14 days PTO plus an additional 11 federal public holidays   * Your birthday off! * Daily office snacks and treats! * 401k

What we're looking for

* Curious and proactive — you ask "why" and go find the answer * A STEM or Economics graduate (or equivalent analytical background) * Motivated by solving problems methodically, not just ticking boxes * A confident communicator, both written and verbal * Interest in learning SQL * Someone who builds trust easily, with clients and colleagues alike * Comfortable in the detail — Excel-proficient and not afraid of data * Organised enough to juggle multiple client priorities without dropping the ball * Genuinely excited about where AI and emerging tech are taking this industry

Our Values and Principles

You will be able to demonstrate examples of our core principles:

* Seek inclusion & diversity: We create an environment where everyone feels welcome, and people are encouraged to speak and be heard * Work Hard, Work Well, Work Together: We take responsibility for making things happen, independently and together; we help colleagues in need and close loops, making sure our work is complete and has lasting impact * Grow: We are proactive, curious and unafraid of failure * Customer at the heart: We care about the customer, feel their pain and love building product that solves their biggest problems * Candour with caring: We deliver candid feedback with kindness and receive it with gratitude
