About the role

We are customer-obsessed at Navan, and we move fast. We are constantly looking for ways to optimize the Travel & Expense customer experience, so our environment is dynamic, ever-evolving, and anything but traditional corporate.

To help our global colleague community feel informed, valued, and ready to take on the world, we’re seeking a forward-thinking Change & Communications Manager. Within our Centre of Excellence, you’ll connect colleagues to our purpose, culture, and operational goals.

You’ll create engaging communications that keep colleagues informed and aligned with what’s happening across the business, while maintaining our internal communications standards. You’ll also support end-to-end change management for initiatives of all sizes by developing tailored change plans and leading enablement that builds resilience.

What You’ll Do:

* Manage communications and change requests: Assess and own incoming requests, keep them aligned with the strategic roadmap, and manage key communication channels day to day. * Create multimedia content: Produce engaging communications in formats such as video, newsletters, visual assets, and Slack updates. * Bring structure to change: Develop tailored communication and change plans for a diverse hybrid workforce. Turn complex organizational objectives, product changes, and operational updates into clear narratives and deliverables. * Build relationships and influence: Work as a trusted advisor, coach, and practitioner with stakeholders at all levels. Collaborate across teams and departments to understand the needs and impact of change and communications on colleagues. * Measure and improve performance: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess the effectiveness of communications and change efforts. Measures may include asset-level engagement, colleague sentiment, and enablement time.

What We’re Looking For:

* Relevant experience: At least two years of experience in change management or internal communications, and at least two years in customer service. Change management certification, such as Prosci or CCMP, and leadership experience are preferred. * Agility: Experience in a fast-paced travel, technology, or SaaS environment. You navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly, and are comfortable working with streamlined processes. * Storytelling and influence: Ability to turn complex operational information into compelling narratives and influence diverse stakeholders at all levels. * Cross-functional partnership: A track record of collaborating across teams to build alignment, engagement, and strong working relationships. * Digital fluency: Familiarity with modern communication channels such as Slack, video, and intranet, and interest in using AI tools to improve colleague enablement. * Data-informed approach: Comfortable using qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics to track performance, share insights, and adapt communication strategies. * Ownership and growth: Accountable, self-directed, and able to deliver against clear guardrails and deadlines, with a commitment to continuous learning.
