Willow Crossing Health & Rehabilitation is looking for a Full-Time Activities Assistant to help create fun, meaningful, and engaging experiences for our residents.
What You’ll Do
* Lead games, crafts, music, exercise, parties, and special events * Encourage residents to participate and stay socially active * Provide one-on-one visits and activities * Help with decorations, celebrations, and resident outings * Assist residents to and from activities * Work with the Activities Director to keep programs fresh, fun, and engaging
What We’re Looking For
* Positive, energetic, and dependable * Creative and comfortable working with groups * Compassionate and patient with older adults * Team player with good communication skills * Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
Full-time with every other weekend required
