We’re hiring a Hybrid Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team in Tualatin, OR. This is a full-time hybrid position offering the flexibility of a hybrid work environment while providing opportunities to deliver meaningful, high-quality care to clients in your local community.

Your Role at Cyti:
* Deliver services through a combination of in-person and telehealth sessions for individuals, children (ages 5+), couples, and families. * Conduct clinical assessments and create collaborative, effective treatment plans. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR. * Participate in optional peer support groups and training sessions.
What You’ll Bring:
* Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) * Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field * Experience working with children is required * Strong clinical judgment, communication, and empathy * Ability and willingness to provide in-person services in Tualatin, OR, while also providing telehealth services as part of the hybrid model.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Annual Salary: $80,000 – $115,000 (based on experience) * W-2 Employment with Full Benefits: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) * Up to 2 weeks paid time off (PTO) * CEU opportunities and professional development
