Key Responsibilities - Help clients explore supplemental benefit options tailored to their needs - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions - Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism - Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom - Cultivate long-term client relationships - Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development - Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication
Qualifications - Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission - Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam - Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable - A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills - Eligible to work in the United States
