Key Responsibilities
* Assess project scopes and create detailed, itemized bids based on home modification needs. * Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and Jukebox Health representatives. * Complete high-quality home modifications, including but not limited to: * Grab bar and rail installations * Walk-in shower and bathroom modifications * Ramps and stairlifts * Widening doorways * Ensure compliance with state and local building codes and ADA guidelines when applicable. * Maintain professionalism, reliability, and efficiency in completing projects on schedule.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Licensed and Insured * Experience in home modifications or accessibility projects * Ability to create clear, itemized bids and understand project costs * Strong communication and organizational skills * Reliable transportation and own tools/equipment * Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship * Familiarity with ADA compliance and accessibility standards (preferred)
