ABOUT INSPECTED Inspected is a fast-growing, tech-enabled platform revolutionizing remote inspections and permitting for the construction industry. We serve homebuilders, HVAC, solar, roofing, pool, and commercial and residential contractors across Florida, Texas, and Tennessee — with new markets coming soon. We are one of South Florida’s fastest-growing companies with 100% growth for three consecutive years. Our proprietary platform, Permit Hub, is transforming a process that once took months into one that takes days. This is a high-energy, high-growth environment where every team member makes a real and visible impact on our customers and our mission. POSITION SUMMARY The Inspection Tech is the operational backbone of Inspected’s Single-Family Residential (SFR) contractor accounts in Southwest Florida. This role coordinates scheduling, municipal registrations, and close-out requirements for projects on the Inspected platform, supports Inspectors in capturing the video and photos used for virtual inspections, and works with the Admin Team to get inspection reports to municipalities on time. The right person is organized, personable, and unflappable — someone who keeps many projects moving at once, builds real relationships with builders and contractors, and spots problems before they become delays. This role will support projects across Cape Coral, North Port, Charlotte County, and Lee County. WHAT YOU’LL DO Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Scheduling, Registrations & Close-Out * Coordinate the workflow of scheduling, municipal registrations, and close-out requirements for all projects on the Inspected platform * Manage multiple projects on a daily basis, keeping each one on track and on time * Work with the Admin Team to ensure timely delivery of inspection reports to municipalities

Inspection Support & Quality Control * Support Inspectors in capturing video and photos used for virtual inspections * Ensure project requirements are met and compliant with inspection specifications, requirements, and company policies and procedures * Conduct periodic audits of jobs as required * Provide quality control and recommendations for how Inspected can improve across all facets of the business

Contractor Relationships & Customer Service * Manage SFR contractor needs and partner with the Admin Team to provide flawless delivery * Build and maintain effective customer service relationships with contractors, exercising tact and courtesy at all times * Recognize, evaluate, and properly resolve unique problems or situations with contractors and municipalities * Help drive scale and profitability for the business through superior customer service

Administrative & Sales Support * Provide administrative and documentation support for all SFR contractor activities, and maintain accurate and complete records * Support sales activities and other operational improvement initiatives as needed

WHAT YOU BRING To perform this job successfully, the individual must meet the following qualifications. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Required * High school diploma or GED; minimum of one year of experience in administration, scheduling, customer service, or construction operations * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous approach to contractors and municipal staff * Detail-oriented, with the ability to keep accurate and complete records * Comfortable with technology, including smartphones, video and photo capture, and the Microsoft Office Suite * Self-starter who works well independently and within a team

Preferred * Experience in construction, homebuilding, permitting, or inspections * Familiarity with municipal permitting processes in Southwest Florida * Experience with CRM or project management tools such as HubSpot * Bilingual in English and Spanish

WHY JOIN INSPECTED * Competitive compensation commensurate with experience * Unlimited PTO policy * Health benefits and 401(k) * A front-row seat to one of South Florida’s fastest-growing tech companies * A collaborative, high-energy culture that values clarity, initiative, and impact * Real ownership over how our builder and contractor clients experience Inspected every day

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not currently have any direct reports. TRAVEL This position requires regular local travel within the Southwest Florida service area to support inspections, contractor sites, and municipal offices.
