We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiting Consultant to join our team. This role requires a proactive recruiter with proven experience in cold-calling passive candidates, building strong pipelines, and successfully filling roles across various industries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at reaching the ideal candidate, is a team player, and has a strong ability to engage passive candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and other recruiting technologies. * Conduct candidate outreach through multiple channels, including cold calling, email, and social media. * Collaborate closely with team members to understand job requirements and talent needs. * Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and culture fit. * Utilize our applicant tracking system (SmartRecruiters) and other tools to track and manage candidates efficiently. * Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely communication and expert guidance on interview prep, market trends, and career alignment. * Handle a high-volume candidate pipeline across multiple sourcing channels to maintain a steady flow of qualified talent. * Prioritize and organize your daily schedule effectively to ensure steady progress on all assigned positions * Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment. * Write job descriptions and phone interview templates for assigned positions.
Qualifications
* A BA or associate degree is preferred, plus 5+ years of experience * Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment and engaging talent through cold calls. * Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for sourcing and outreach. * Strong ability to assess candidates and conduct structured interviews. * Excellent collaboration and communication skills. * Team player – ability to initiate communication with team members. * Ability to manage multiple requisitions and systems while adapting to shifting priorities. * Proficient with MS Office 365 * Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
