About the role
We are seeking a dependable Dock Worker to join our team. This full-time position offers a starting pay rate of $21.00 per hour. The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, and capable of performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Applicants must be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods and handling the loading, unloading, and staging of products throughout their shift.
Responsibilities:
* Load and unload freight, materials, and products safely and efficiently * Stage products for shipment and delivery * Move inventory throughout the warehouse and dock area * Verify incoming and outgoing shipments * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines * Assist with general warehouse and dock duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout an entire shift * Capable of regularly lifting and moving products * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Reliable attendance and strong work ethic * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Previous dock, warehouse, forklift, or material handling experience preferred
