What You'll Do - Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up - Cultivate long-term client relationships - Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs - Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training - Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism - Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service - Present supplemental benefit options tailored to each individual or family
What You Bring - Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position - Passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently - Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. - Customer service background helpful but not required
