What You'll Do
* Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair * Inspect apartments and common areas to ensure the community is well-maintained * Handle emergency repairs and maintain maintenance equipment and vehicles * Move furniture, replenish water softener salt, change filters, and repair various machines * Follow all safety protocols and confidentiality policies * Report any signs of potential abuse or neglect immediately * Attend mandatory in-service training sessions
What You'll Need
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with an emphasis in HVAC (required) * Trade school degree and/or 2 years of related experience with a CG (preferred) * Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions * Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with the team * Must be able to produce a negative drug test
