As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. * Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Savoy area * Navigate efficiently using GPS and route optimization techniques to maximize delivery productivity * Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with every customer interaction, ensuring a positive brand experience * Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly * Accurately document delivery information, customer signatures, and any special instructions * Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe and compliant deliveries * Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations * Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer concerns * Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization to reflect our professional standards * Handle cash and payment transactions accurately when required
Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license * Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history * Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards * Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong time management and organizational abilities * Proficiency with GPS navigation and basic technology * Demonstrated reliability and punctuality * Ability to lift and carry packages safely (up to 50 lbs regularly) * Professional attitude with a commitment to customer service excellence * Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed * Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveries
