The Project Manager plays a critical role in leading cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. This position ensures alignment across scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards while proactively managing risks and driving problem-solving. You’ll partner with teams across product development and beyond to keep projects on track and deliver successful outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Leads the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring delivery against defined objectives * Develops and manages comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management * Assembles and guides cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability * Monitors project performance and proactively addresses risks, issues, and changes * Manages stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and visibility throughout the project lifecycle
Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered * Minimum of 3 years of project management experience or related field required * Minimum of 3 years managing complex, cross-functional projects required * Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Required Skills/Abilities
* Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall * Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or MURAL * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to influence without direct authority and drive cross-functional alignment * Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment * Strong risk management and problem-solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail * Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide cross-functional teams
Compensation: $70,000 - $86,000
